Synopsis:
On Tuesday August 15, 2017 the Victim was approached by the Suspect who exited the suspect vehicle and demanded his keys to his truck. When the Victim refused the Suspect opened fire on the Victim striking him multiple times. The suspect vehicle occupied by two other males waited for the suspect to enter the vehicle. The suspect vehicle fled southbound on SW 35th St.
