Needed to solve the case: Information leading to the identification and location of the suspect(s) responsible for the Aggravated Robbery.

 

Location of offense:  3303 Pleasanton Rd.

 

Synopsis:   On Monday March 2, 2015 at approximately 5:46 pm police responded to Fred’s Fish Fry located at 3303 Pleasanton Rd. for a Robbery in Progress.  Employees reported that a male suspect entered the location and demanded money from the register while displaying a silver handgun. Employees quickly locked themselves inside the locations bathroom and the male suspect did not get any money.  The suspect male fled in a dark colored Chrysler / Dodge vehicle.

Synopsis:  On Tuesday, February 17th, suspect entered the Cash America Pawn accompanied by an associate. While the store manager spoke with the associate, the suspect stole some rings behind a jewelry counter. The manager reviewed surveillance video and saw that the suspect concealed the items in a jacket.

Location of offense:  9102 N. Loop 1604W

 

Synopsis:   On Monday January 19, 2015 at approximately 1:00 a.m. police responded to the Popeye’s Restaurant located in the 9100 block of W. 1604 N for a burglar alarm. Police found the location was burglarized and the restaurant’s safe stolen. Security cameras captured the suspects burglarizing the business then loading the safe into the suspect’s SUV.

2/16/2015 - Aggravated Robbery 500 block of Briggs

Complainants:  Roland Esquivel 21years & Jeremy Valderas

 

Needed to solve the case: Information leading to the identification and location of the suspect(s) responsible for the aggravated robbery.

 

Location of offense:  500 block of Briggs

 

Synopsis:  On Wednesday September 17, 2014 at approximately 11:30 p.m. Jeremy Valderas and Roland Esquivel were in Roland’s red Chevrolet Impala in the 500 block of Briggs. They met up with a known female associate at an apartment complex on Briggs Avenue. While the trio was sitting in the car a dark colored four door vehicle drove onto the apartment complex’s parking lot. Four Hispanic males armed with weapons exited the dark sedan and charged towards Jeremy and Roland. The four gunmen demanded Roland’s car, and both their wallets and mobile phones. During the robbery the female exited Roland’s car. Fearing he would get shot anyway, Roland drove away at a high rate of speed. The four gunmen shot their weapons at Roland’s vehicle as it fled the scene. Roland and Jeremy suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Jeremy and Roland survived the robbery. The four gunmen and the known female fled the location in the dark sedan.

Synopsis: On Tuesday December 23, 2014, a male suspect approached a female victim, in the hallway of the Park View Apartments located at 114 Hickman Street.  The suspect asked the victim if he could use the phone that she was holding in her hand.  The suspect then grabbed the phone, and began wrestling it away from her.  When the victim refused to let go, the suspect pushed her down, causing the victim to suffer a broken leg.  The suspect then fled with the phone.

Suspect Vehicles: The two vehicles involved were a dark in color Chevrolet Pickup truck and a minivan.

Synopsis: On January 18, 2015, Officers responded to the 200 block of N. San Joaquin, for a female that was found bleeding and unresponsive inside her residence.  The victim suffered from multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.  At the time of the shooting, which was approximately 10:30 p.m., there were several individuals seen leaving the location in the listed vehicles.  Anyone with information about the murder of Carmelita Herrera is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.

Location of offense:  3300 Stoney Star

 

Synopsis:   On Wednesday April 2008, 2009 at approximately 12:55 a.m. police responded to the 3300 block of Stoney Star for a shooting in progress. Upon arrival, the officers found Gary Ted Osborne deceased inside his residence. According to witnesses a male’s voice was heard outside Mr. Osborne’s front door.

Witnesses stated the front door was kicked in and then shots were fired inside Mr. Osborne’s residence. A silver colored vehicle with oval shaped brake lights was seen leaving the location.

Synopsis:   On Thursday January 15, 2015 at approximately 10:56 p.m. the two suspects walked into the Valero Convenience Store located in the 1000 block of Castroville Rd. While one suspect held the door the other suspect walked up to the cash register and demanded money from the register as he pointed a gun at the clerk. The clerk opened the cash register. The suspect reached into the register and took out money. The suspects were last seen fleeing the location in a vehicle.

Synopsis:  On Sunday, January 9, 2011 at approximately 2:55 a.m. police were dispatched to the location for a robbery.  Officers arrived and discovered Daniel Meza in an apartment suffering from severe head trauma. Daniel was transported to the hospital but died the next day.

Synopsis: On Friday October 25, 2013 at approximately 1:30am Sean Cannon was shot several times. Sean was transported to the hospital but later died as a result of the injuries he sustained from being shot. Witnesses reported a white, late 90`s model Ford Expedition leaving the area. The vehicle was occupied by a male and a female.

Synopsis:  On Sunday, January 27, 2008 at approximately 3:00 a.m., Brandon Pratt was with friends inside the Walzem Lounge when he became involved in a verbal altercation with an unknown black male.  The verbal altercation escalated to the point that both Pratt and the suspect had to be separated.  Subsequently, both the victim and the suspect eventually left the lounge.  As Brandon and his girlfriend walked to his vehicle, the suspect followed them. The suspect pulled a gun and shot the victim several times in the parking lot.  The suspect was seen running away from the scene. Brandon Pratt died of his injuries at the scene.

Needed to solve the case: Information leading to the identification and location of the suspect(s) responsible for the felony theft.

 

Location of offense:  2514 N. Loop 1604W

 

Synopsis: On Tuesday December 30, 2014, at approximately 3:40 a.m. police responded to the location for a burglar alarm coming from the ATM. Upon arrival police discovered that the ATM outside the location had been removed and stolen. Evidence indicated that a forklift from a nearby worksite had been used to remove the ATM and load it onto a truck. The truck had been reported stolen. The truck has been recovered. It is believed the white SUV participated in the theft of the ATM. Security cameras at the bank also captured a suspect operating the forklift.
