Josephine Tobin Synopsis: On Saturday May 4th, 2013 three black males came to the front door of 121 Josephine Tobin asking for a wrecker. When Robert answered the door the suspects demanded money and an argument started. Robert was shot once in the forehead. He was taken to University Hospital but died on Sunday, May 5th from his injuries. Investigators believe that the suspects left evidence at the shooting scene and that the suspects likely talked about this shooting.
