Offense: Failure to Stop and Render Aid SBI SAPD13233691 Victim: Frank "Roger" Trevino Location: 400 Block of Morning Glory near W Summit and Beverly DriveSynopsis: On October 23, 2013 Mr. Frank "Roger" Trevino was found injured on the side of the road in the 400 Block of Morning Glory - Between W. Summit and Beverly Drive. Mr. Trevino was walking home from St. Paul`s Catholic Church. When found he was disoriented and suffering from several injuries but at the time it was unknown how he came to sustain those injuries. After being examined at the hospital, medical staff determined his injuries were consistent with injuries obtained by being stuck by a vehicle. Mr. Trevino had a broken collar bone, five broken ribs, a fractures shoulder and head trauma which resulted in swelling on his brain. The street on which Mr. Trevino was found is not a major thorough fair and it is believed someone from the neighborhood may have information to help solve this case.
