Offense: Failure to Stop and Render Aid SAPD13271547 Complainant: Brandon Batres 23 years old Synopsis: On Wednesday December 11th, 2013 at approximately 6:57 P.M. Brandon Batres was riding his motorcycle in the 21000 block of US HWY 281 near Evans Rd. Brandon crashed his motorcycle. Two vehicles ran over Brandon and fled the scene. Brandon died of his injuries. CRIME STOPPERS will pay up to $5,000 for information which leads to the arrest of this suspect.
