Also if anyone saw Mr. Bowden between December 21st, 2013 and December 25th, 2013. Location of offense: 120 Queens Crescent Synopsis: On Wednesday, December 25th, 2013 Wayne Leroy Bowden was found murdered inside his home. Mr. Bowden had severe trauma to his head and the home showed signs of a violent struggle.
