Offense: Failure to Stop & Render Aid SAPD13261393 Complainant: Gregory Nicholas Rios 22years old Synopsis: On Wednesday November 27th, 2013 at approximately 6:45 p.m. Gregory Nicholas Rios was struck by an unknown vehicle as he was attempting to cross the 4400 block of S. Flores. Gregory was walking from west to east and was struck when he reached the northbound lanes. The vehicle that struck Gregory was possibly a Pontiac Grand Prix. The vehicle failed to stop and was last seen traveling north on S. Flores. EMS transported Gregory to the hospital due to his serious bodily injuries. CRIME STOPPERS will pay up to $5,000 for information which leads to the arrest of this suspect.
