Offense: FSRA SAPD14037187 Complainant: Richard Stansbery Synopsis: On Tuesday February 18th, 2014 at approximately 5:46 P.M. Mr. Richard Stansbery was walking southbound in the 5700 block of Knoll Crest when he was struck by a gray 2003 Dodge four-door pickup truck. The vehicle had flashing red and white lights on its dashboard and paper license plates. After striking Mr. Stansbery the vehicle fled the location failing to stop and render aid. Mr. Stansbery died days later from his injuries. CRIME STOPPERS will pay up to $5,000 for information which leads to the arrest of this suspect.
