Offense: Murder SAPD13104288 Complainant: Eleanor Rodriguez Age: 43 Synopsis: At approximately 8 AM on Friday May 17, 2013, officers responded to a stabbing in the 5700 of Harefield. Upon their arrival they discovered a victim located in the front yard of the residence suffering from multiple stab wounds. The victim, identified as Eleanor Rodriguez, 43 years old, was transported to University Hospital where she died from her wounds. Her death was later ruled a homicide. It was learned the attack began inside the residence and there were indications of forced entry into the home. At some point the victim was able to flee the residence before collapsing in her front yard. The inside of the residence appeared to have been searched and ransacked during the crime.
