Offense: FSRA-Death SAPD14094780 Complainant: Jose Carlos Macy (20 years old) Synopsis: On Sunday May 3rd, 2014 at approximately 12:40 am Jose Macy was traveling westbound on his bicycle in the 2900 block of W. Commerce St. when he was struck from behind by an unidentified vehicle. Mr. Macy was riding his bicycle in the designated bicycle lane and his bicycle was equipped with a safety light. The driver of the unidentified vehicle fled the scene without stopping and rendering aid to Mr. Macy. Mr. Macy was pronounced dead at the scene.
