Synopsis:
On Sunday September 14, 2014 at approximately 9 p.m., a vehicle struck Jorge Torres in the 2600 block of Nacogdoches Road. Witnesses described the vehicle as a light colored Mercury Grand Marquis. The driver of the suspect vehicle fled the location in the suspect vehicle. Mr. Torres suffered multiple injuries caused by the suspect.
