Location of offense: 300 block of Landa Synopsis: On Sunday November 4th, 2007 at approximately 2:00 a.m. Joe Trevino was at a party in the 300 block of Landa. An argument ensued over beer among many of the party attendees. The party host threw out some uninvited guests and another argument began outside. Shots were fired towards Joe and a crowd.
