Robbery of an Individual 114 Hickman

Synopsis:
On Tuesday December 23, 2014, a male suspect approached a female victim, in the hallway of the Park View Apartments located at 114 Hickman Street. The suspect asked the victim if he could use the phone that she was holding in her hand. The suspect then grabbed the phone, and began wrestling it away from her. When the victim refused to let go, the suspect pushed her down, causing the victim to suffer a broken leg. The suspect then fled with the phone.
