Responding Officers discovered Gary Torres suffering from an apparent gunshot wound lying on the sidewalk just outside of 316 Cactus St. Gary Torres was reportedly at a residence across the street at 317 Cactus St. where a crime scene was discovered. Police are seeking any information concerning the individual or individuals responsible for the shooting death of Gary Torres.
