Synopsis:
On Saturday July 8th 2017 at approximately 6:24 p.m., San Antonio Police Officers responded to a major accident in the 12900 block of FM 471. When Officer arrived they found two vehicles involved in a head on collision that resulted in serious bodily injury to Victim #1, Victim #2, and Victim #3. The officers learned the crash was the result of an unknown possibly silver/gray vehicle that rear ended one of the vehicles and caused the head-on collision. The driver of the unknown vehicle failed to stop, provide his identifying information, or render any form aid. SAPD17150511
