Synopsis:
On Thursday July 27, 2017 at 2130 hours a W/M Suspect entered the Target and concealed merchandise and then exited the store without paying for the concealed merchandise. The Suspect assaulted a store employee that tried to stop him. The Suspect then fled the scene.
