Synopsis:
On Saturday, August 19th, 2017 the Victim was riding a bicycle north in the 1100 block of N. New Braunfels Ave. when he was struck from behind by a white van (possibly a Chevy Astro van). The driver of the van fled the scene without rendering aid to the Victim. The Victim died as a result of injuries sustained in the crash. The van will have damage to the right front, and possibly missing parts.
