Synopsis:
On June 7, 2015 at approximately 2:20 a.m. the San Antonio Police Department responded to the 1400 block of Cantrell Dr. for a shooting. The Responding Officers discovered Cesar Frausto shot multiple times. Cesar Frausto was talking with a friend when someone drove up and shot him. Police are seeking any information concerning the individuals responsible for the shooting death of Cesar Frausto.
