Synopsis:
On Monday, November 27, 2017, at 6:13 a.m. San Antonio Police Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Sample St. after blood was seen outside the residence. Upon arrival officers saw the blood at and near the residence. Upon further investigation they found the Victim Kevin Duplechain had been murdered. Kevin was reportedly staying at this location for a few weeks. The motive for the murder is unknown at this time. (Original December 19, 2017)
