On December 3, 2017, the suspect entered the store and waited behind another customer conducting a transaction at the customer service counter. After the transaction, the Suspect approached the counter and asked the Victim for a pack of cigarettes. The Victim placed the cigarettes on the counter, the Suspect pulled out a silver lock blade knife from his front pocket. The Suspect leaned in with the knife and pointed it directly at the Victim. The Suspect demanded all the money from the cash register; he grabbed the cigarettes from the counter, and placed the pack inside his pocket. Fearful of being stabbed, the Victim opened the register and started handing money to the Suspect, who also reached over and started grabbing money from the cash drawer. The suspect was last seen fleeing the location on foot.
