Synopsis:
On December 28, 2017, at 8:30 a.m., the Victim was walking to his vehicle and was approached by a male who showed him a gun and demanded his money. The suspect had a distinctive puffy jacket and lips tattooed on the side of his neck. The male fled and several minutes later attempted to use the victim’s stolen credit card at the Citgo located at 1302 Gardina Street.
