Synopsis:
On Saturday, November 25, 2017, the Victim was crossing Rigsby Ave on a motorized wheelchair from South to North. The Victim was crossing the eastbound lanes of Rigsby Ave diagonally when he was struck by a black vehicle. The driver of the black vehicle did not stop to check on the Victim or render aid. The crash occurred during the nighttime hours, but the roadway was lit with street lights. The black vehicle had significant front end damage as a result of the crash. The Victim was rushed to the hospital by EMS with serious injuries to his legs. The Victim died on January 6, 2017, due the injuries he received. **Arrested**
