Synopsis:
On November 4, 2017 at 1925 hours the victim, Skippy Trevino was walking across the 500 block of Ferris Ave from south to north. A vehicle disregarded the stop sign at the intersection of Ferris Ave and Badger St and struck Trevino while he was crossing the road. Witnesses saw the vehicle reverse momentarily and then flee the scene. As the vehicle fled it struck the Trevino a second time. The driver of the vehicle did not stop to render aid or provide any information to the Trevino. The victim, Skippy Trevino, was transported to SAMMC where he later died from his injuries.
