Synopsis:
On Friday February 9, 2018 at approximately 4:00 a.m. San Antonio Police Officers were dispatched called to the 1900 Block of Culebra Rd. Upon arrival Officers discovered the Victim was found face down and unconscious. Investigation revealed the Victim was struck by an unknown vehicle which had been travelling west on Culebra Rd. and fled after striking the Victim.
