Synopsis:
On April 23, 2018, at 1:27pm, the victim and her minor child were sitting in the back seat of their vehicle in front of the apartment leasing office when a black male opened the driver’s door and began going through the victim’s purse. When the robber saw the victim and her minor child in the back seat, he pulled out a knife and demanded their property. The robber then fled on foot.
