Synopsis:
On Sunday, May 20th, the Victim was beaten up and robbed of his phone and wallet after a road rage incident. The Victim’s credit card was in the wallet taken during the robbery. Two days later on May 22nd, the Victim’s stolen credit card was used by a male suspect to make purchases at the Murphy Express located at 4406 N. Foster Rd.
