On Thursday, June 7, 2018 residents at 2929 Rigsby reported the body of a man outside building 26 of the Oak Meadow Villa Apartments. The victim, 50 year old Leon David Perkins, was found shot to death. Witnesses provided a license plate of KRC1559 gray Mitsubishi Outlander as the suspect vehicle.
