Synopsis:
On April 8, 2009 at approximately 12:55 am San Antonio Police Officers received a call for a shooting in progress. Officers arrived on scene and discovered Gary Osborne deceased inside his residence. Witnesses reported hearing male’s voices at the front door, when the Suspect(s) kicked the front door, and shots were fired. Witnesses also reported the Suspect(s) fled the location in a silver colored vehicle with oval style break lights (possibly a Chevy Malibu or Lexus).
