On Sunday, January 21, 2018 around 1:00 pm, Jai Turner (18 years old) was walking with an unknown person from Midcrown to the Bellevue at Windcrest Apartments located at 5341 Gawain. Jai Turner was shot while in the complex. An unknown person was seen running from the scene.
