Synopsis:
On Sunday, March 25, 2018 at approximately 0229 in the morning, the victim was driving his black Chevrolet HHR. The victim was struck on the driver’s side of his vehicle by pickup in the intersection of Culebra and Glenwick. The driver of the pickup fled the scene, and failed to stop and render aid to the Complainant. The Complainant died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
