Synopsis:
On September 18, 2011 at 2:20 a.m. San Antonio Police Officers responded to the Mink Ultra lounge located at 903 E. Bitters for a shooting in progress. The victim and a friend were leaving the location when they were fired upon by someone from the parking lot of the location. Officers learned the victim, Jose F. Zamora was shot in the parking lot of the Mink Ultra Lounge after an argument ensued over a female. The victim was taken by friends to the Christus Santa Rosa Hospital where he was transferred to SAMMC and eventually succumbed to his wounds. Investigators believe several witnesses have not come forward with the information and may know the identity of two black males and the get-away vehicle used in the murder.
