Synopsis:
On Friday, December 29, 2017, at 8:26 a.m., SAPD officers were dispatched to 4731 Belinda Lee for a shooting in progress. Upon arrival they found the victim unresponsive just outside the front door of his residence. His close friend and roommate had called the police after hearing a single gunshot and finding the victim just outside the residence they share. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene at 8:30 a.m. by EMS.
