At approximately 5:45am on Friday July 5, 2019 a suspect walked up to a patrol vehicle parked in the front parking lot of the East Patrol Substation and set a cup full of ignitable liquid below the frame of the vehicle. The suspect ignited the cup and a small fire started.  The suspect fled west on foot. The suspect is described as a dark skinned, Hispanic or black, and wearing a blue or black hoodie with white writing on the back, khaki shorts, and flip flops.
