Synopsis:
Just after 10:00 pm on Saturday August 31, 2019 Mr. Blanquiz was pushing his walker across the roadway in the 3600 block of Nogalitos St. The driver of an unknown vehicle was traveling southbound and struck Mr. Blanquiz . The driver of the vehicle fled without stopping to render aid to Mr. Blanquiz . Mr. Blanquiz was transported to SAMMC in critical condition, but died from injuries caused by the crash. Evidence at the scene indicated the suspect vehicle was a red 2013-2015 Honda Accord Coupe.
