Synopsis:
At 2:30 am, Sunday, July 28, 2019, the Victim met the listed Suspects. The Suspects assaulted the Victim and left him unconscious in the middle of the roadway. Suspects stole the victim’s vehicle, set it on fire and left it abandoned at a separate location. Suspects used a Victim’s debit card at multiple banks to withdraw the Victim’s money.
