Synopsis:
On Thursday, September 8, 2018, at approximately 3:32 a.m., the victim was standing in the parking lot of Big Cassel Smoke House. Two unknown black males were standing across the street next to a white vehicle. One of the males pulled out a firearm and started shooting at the victim. The victim was struck one time and died at the scene. The two males got in the white vehicle and fled west bound on IH 10. (Original release on 9/18/2018)
