Synopsis:
The Victim was standing outside the Club Groove with an acquaintance. The Victim was shot from a distance with a high-powered rifle by an unknown Suspect. The Victim sustained one gunshot wound to the head and the same shot struck the acquaintance in the buttocks. The Victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
