Synopsis:
On Sunday February 16, 2020 the male Suspect committed a theft at Circle K. The Victim, an employee pursued the Suspect and retrieved the stolen items. The Victim was then struck by a vehicle which was driven by an unknown female Suspect. The male Suspect then entered the vehicle and fled the scene with the female Suspect.
