Synopsis:
On Sunday, June 28, 2020, at 1:00 am, the victim, Dominic Sustarsic was walking on the westbound N Loop 1604 access road, walking to a nearby hotel to stay for the night. At 01:53 AM, a call was received via 911 that a male was found lying in the road on the westbound N Loop 1604 W access road, on the left shoulder, Just west of Agave Pass. He was apparently hit by a passing car, the driver of which did not stop. It is believed that the car is a 2012-2017 Volkswagen Tiguan, unknown color, which should have damage to the front bumper and windshield on the driver’s side. The Victim was left with serious injuries which will require lengthy and extensive medical attention.
