On Sunday, August 16, 2020, at 1:00 pm, an unknown male Suspect approached a 51-year-old male Victim at the Zip In Car Wash on 402 Delmar and displayed a weapon. The unknown male then demanded the Victim’s vehicle. The Victim complied with the demands and the Suspect fled in the Victim’s vehicle.
