Joseph Ocasio went outside building #11 at the SkyVue San Antonio Apartment Complex located on 15800 Chase Hill Blvd to smoke a cigarette when he saw a man attempting to burglarize vehicles.  Ocasio confronted the man at which time the man shot the victim.  The Victim described the man to police as being a dark complected, older, Hispanic male wearing all black clothing.  Ocasio survived for fifteen days but was never able to provide any other information due to the severity of his injury.  Ocasio died on January 3^rd, 2021.  San Antonio Police department is seeking to identify two men of interest and their vehicle.
