Synopsis:
On Saturday, February 20th, 2021, at 5:50 pm, 16 year old Isaiah Sullivan (pictured) was shot inside a black SUV and thrown out of the vehicle. This happened close to the entrance of the Star Club Apartments located at 8800 Starcrest. There are no suspects at this time. Suspect vehicle above. Detectives need persons who were inside the vehicle to come forward.
