Synopsis:
On Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 6:43 p.m. the victim, Gary Smith, was sitting in his parked car at Oak Manor Apartments located at 2330 Austin Hwy, San Antonio, TX 78218. A Nissan Altima (pictured) pulled up behind him. An occupant of the NIssan fired several gunshots resulting in Gary’s death.
