On Friday, April 30, 2021 at 9:41 p.m. the Victim got off a VIA bus and was walking through the business of a carwash located at 664 Enrique M. Barrera Pkwy in San Antonio, TX 78237. While the victim was walking an unknown white 4 door hatchback vehicle, pictured, struck and ran over the Victim causing serious injury to his brain and the victim also sustained a broken leg.
