Synopsis:
On Sunday, June 13th 2021 at 3:30 a.m. the Victim (pictured above) was shot and killed while at a large "ranch" party off 10631 St Hwy 16 South (a rural road southeast of Loop 410 and Somerset Rd)in San Antonio, TX 78224. Stephan’s family is devastated by their loss and is requesting anyone who has any information about the person(s) responsible for Stephan’s death to please come forward.
