Synopsis:
On Friday June 4, 2021, at approximately 9:30 pm, Carlos Flores Gonzales was riding his bicycle at the intersection of Huebner Rd & Babcock Rd. The driver of a 2015 maroon Toyota Avalon disregarded a red signal light, struck the victim, and then fled the scene. The victim suffered serious bodily injury and was transported by EMS to University Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
