Synopsis:
On June 28th, 2021 at approximately 2:10 am, SAPD Officers responded to a report of a male being shot in the 6100 block of Ingram Rd. in front of the Hilltop Oaks Apartments. Upon arrival, the Officers found the Victim unresponsive with life threatening injuries. The Victim was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased due to stab wounds. The deceased was later identified as Troy Lee. (Original release, July 13, 2021)
