Information leading to the identification and location of the suspect responsible for the Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon at the Taco Bell on 11238 Potranco Rd.
Synopsis:
On Sunday, August 22, 2021, 12:38 AM, the victims were at the Taco Bell drive thru at 11238 Potranco Rd. The unknown suspect vehicle was behind the victim’s vehicle. For no apparent reason the suspect pulls to the right of the Victim’s vehicle and discharges several rounds into the Victim’s vehicle. The driver Victim was struck twice by gun fire, the passenger was not injured. After the shooting, the victim and suspect struck each other’s vehicles. The suspect vehicle should have damage to the left front quarter.
