Synopsis:
On Sunday, September 12, 2021, at 5:30 pm, Leon Valley Police officers responded to 7225 Bandera (vacant lot) in Leon Valley for a male laying on the ground. Upon arrival the victim, Michael Lee Isley , was found to have a gunshot wound. Isley was pronounced deceased at the scene. A male subject was seen leaving the area on a bike at the approximate time a gunshot was heard. The victim may have been homeless.
