Synopsis:
On 07-18-03 at approximately 1:30 p.m. the victim was seen in the area of the 1500 block of south Hamilton. He was engaged in conversation with a male that was riding a chrome BMX style of bicycle. While they were engaged in conversation the male on the bicycle removed a sawed off style of shot gun from underneath a shirt and shot the victim multiple times. The unknown male then fled south on Hamilton street.
